We've called these classes 'yoga for parents and other busy people'. The focus of these classes is to find ways and practices that you can easily integrate into day to day living. They are a great way to improve your physical health but they go much deeper. Various techniques are taught to help students develop increased emotional balance, to release tension on all levels and to become more resisitant to stress and anxiety. The result is improved energy levels, a more positive outlook and the ability to manage life with greater serenity.
If you (or your partner) have attended pregnancy and/or postnatal classes with us already this class offers you a natural progression.
Classical yoga asanas (physical postures), pranayamas (breathing practices) and yoga nidra (systematic deep relaxation) are taught in 80 minute classes.
