Postnatal yoga (mum and baby)

Not just for babies!  Mum and baby yoga (postnatal yoga) is a postnatal recovery class to help you restore strength and energy, while having fun and connecting with your baby.  Perfect for mums who would love to do some yoga for themselves and their baby.

The class is a unique blend of yoga practice for mum (or dad!) with rhymes, movement and fun for your baby. 

You can join from 8-10 weeks or whenever you feel ready and most mums continues coming til babies are crawling.

To save any confusion this is more than baby yoga.  The class is taught by a qualified adult yoga and postnatal yoga teacher, and the practices are both for mum and baby
