1:1 classes are a great way to deepen your practice. Whether you're a complete beginner that wants to get to grips with the basics, or whether you're more experienced but are looking for support in specific goals you have, this is for you.

ONLINE 1:1

IN-PERSON 1:1

We'll always open the class with some breath-work but the rest of the session will focus on your goals. 

​

What can we work on together?

​

  • Opening breathing / meditation for each session

  • Getting into and out of yoga poses safely

  • Explore poses through clear and intelligent alignment

  • Techniques for improving your balance in your yoga practice

  • We'll get you deeper in your stretches with a few hands-on tweaks
