Meet Phoebe

Since I was in my teens, yoga has always been my go-to to maintain inner wellness and physical strength. I came to a point in my life where I was questioning my future. My yoga practice helped to centre me, making it possible for me to cope with my stress and anxiety. From this came my strong desire to become a yoga teacher!

I did my 200hr YTT in September 2021 with YogaUnion in a beautiful little town called Palairos, Greece. It was an intense but incredibly rewarding three weeks. I lived, breathed and  practiced yoga daily. It became a part of my life even more than it had ever been before.

I've always been drawn to the Vinyassa yoga style, so I picked my training last year to focus on this. I know the ins and outs of the Sun Salutations / Surya Namaskar routines and love putting together some powerful, flowing routines for my lovely clients that come to my classes. Since teaching I have learned that I enjoy teaching a range of different styles, some being fast and intense and some being more slow and restorative.

I've since done courses in pre/post natal and yin yoga.

I've learnt a lot during my years of practice and a lot from my mentors too, which I now want to use to create a homely place for your yoga journey.
